By purchasing and accessing the Money Moves Masterclass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or access the masterclass.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included within the Money Moves Masterclass, including but not limited to videos, presentations, worksheets, templates, workbooks, downloads, graphics, branding, logos, written materials, and resources, remains the intellectual property of JC Aesthetics Academy and Jayda Roberts.

Participants may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish course content.

  • Share login credentials or grant access to others.

  • Sell, resell, licence, or redistribute any course materials.

  • Claim any content as their own.

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action where appropriate.

6. Course Access

Access to the Money Moves Masterclass is granted exclusively to the purchaser.

JC Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to modify, update, improve, remove, or replace course content at any time without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Money Moves Masterclass and the immediate access provided to course materials upon purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing this digital product, you acknowledge that access to course materials is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Completion, partial completion, failure to complete, lack of implementation, dissatisfaction with personal results, or a change in circumstances does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.

9. Community Standards

Where access is provided to any private community, Facebook group, live session, coaching call, or discussion forum associated with the Money Moves Masterclass, participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally.

JC Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behaviour is deemed abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, disruptive, misleading, or harmful to the learning experience of others.

10. Testimonials

Testimonials, case studies, reviews, and success stories displayed in promotional materials or within the masterclass represent individual experiences and are not intended to guarantee that current or future participants will achieve similar results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JC Aesthetics Academy and Jayda Roberts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, business, or personal losses arising from participation in the Money Moves Masterclass or reliance on any information provided.
